Xiaomi Mi TV Q1: QLED 4K @ 120 Hz 75″ with HDMI 2.1

Xiaomi Mi TV Q1: QLED 4K @ 120 Hz 75″ with HDMI 2.1
Xiaomi just released a great TV that packs all the features you will need for the following years, and will work perfectly with the newer consoles thanks to its "ALLM" low latency mode. The Xiaomi Mi TV Q1 has a Samsung 10-bit QLED panel with a size of 75 inches and 4K resolution of 3840x2160 pixels @ 120 Hz with Full Array Local Dimming technology with 192 zones of dynamic local dimming, a typical maximum contrast 10,000: 1, features a HDMI 2.1 interface, and covers 100% of the NTSC color space, it also has Dolby Vision, HDR10 + and HLG certifications. It will arrive first on Europe at a price of 1.299€, but don’t make a direct conversion to dollars, it could arrive in the USA at less than 1400$, it is a good price.

Dogecoin just won't quit.

Dogecoin just won't quit.
Dogecoin, which was initially created as a joke, is in record numbers, after 7 years of its release it’s skyrocketing. The reasons? Well, after cryptocurrencies have been going up in value the last months, DOGE went up discreetly, but then something completely unrelated happened:
An amateur investor, Keith Patrick Gill, believed that the company Gamestop, was undervaluated in the stock market, even when their business model was outdated, he believed that they were doing thing in the right direction. He published the findings on YouTube and Reddit, at the Wallstreetbets subreddit. Furthermore, it was discovered that Gamestop was heavily shorted in the stock market, beyond logic at this point, and this shorts where susceptible to a short squeeze. And rightfully so, redditers joined together to buy GME stock, and the price started to increase, short options started to close, increasing the price even further and making the retail investors from Reddit win a lot of money.
At some point the “money for all” party ended, and this group of people had plenty of cash and the realization that they were strong enough to move markets acting together, so they were looking to repeat the strategy. They invested in other companies that were heavily shorted, but also went to the crypto world, and here is where Dogecoin enter the scene. It was chosen by this collective to invest in it. Other celebrities like Elon Musk joined the party and promoted the Dogecoin. But all this was a over a week ago, and the DOGE decreased in value after that, until now which is in a new high record, so it seems that it is not a one night stand. Will its new fame last? Has it any future? We don’t know, but something it’s for sure, the DOGE is not quitting any time soon. MUCH WOW. #Dogecoin #Cryptocurrency #Gamestop #Crypto #Wallstreetbets

New GPUs RTX 3090, RTX 3080, RTX 3070. Nvidia went CRAZY.

New GPUs RTX 3090, RTX 3080, RTX 3070. Nvidia went CRAZY.
Most gamers, and some content creators, knew that Nvidia was about to present their next generation of Graphics cards, the RTX 3000 series, codename Ampere. It was expected a 35%-50% performance increase, with kidney like prices. But Nvidia went crazy and presented the RTX 3070 for 499$ with 20.5 TFLOPS and 5888 CUDA cores, which is faster than the old flagship GPU the RTX 2080ti that was 999$ (In practice 1.100$) with 13.4 TFLOPS and 4352 CUDA cores. The TFLOPS are not a direct measure, or lineal, of gaming performance but it gives and indication of how powerful these cards are. It is not unusual that a XX70 card rivals the previous XX80ti card, but the new RTX 3070 it’s actually faster, while the RTX 2080ti was already pretty powerful. Then they went bananas, the RTX 3080 at 699$ has 29.7 TFLOPS and 8704 CUDA cores, and the RTX 3090 at 1499$ has 35.7 TFLOPS and 10496 CUDA cores, this last one can use up to 350 watts, and it’s a replacement for the RTX Titan, which was “only” 280W, but the TDP increase is understandable since the Titan had only 4068 CUDA cores. The RTX Titan was $2,499 so that’s a $1,000 cut, plus a lot more power offered. It is expected that the rival company AMD, presents soon their new Navi GPUs, with the long waited Big Navi, but with this new Nvidia graphics cards, they will have a difficult time pricing and selling the new AMD GPUs.
