Was Luigi Mangione (CEO Shooting Suspect) Influenced by the Upcoming Film "The Amateur"?

Was Luigi Mangione (CEO Shooting Suspect) Influenced by the Upcoming Film "The Amateur"?

In "The Amateur", set to release in 2025, Rami Malek plays a character who undergoes a dramatic transformation. Once a reserved computer guy, with no combat experience, and that never held a gun, embarks on a quest for vengeance after the tragic death of his wife. The character’s sudden pivot from an unassuming professional to a determined avenger captivated audiences when the movie’s trailer dropped just three weeks ago.

Now, allegedly, a real-life parallel has emerged. Luigi Mangione, a software developer known for his work on popular video games like Civilization VI, has become the prime suspect in the shocking shooting of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO Brian Thompson, a crime that occurred just days ago, Dec 4. Until now, known as a “computer guy,” but now Mangione finds himself at the center of a criminal investigation.

Adding to the intrigue, investigators discovered shell casings and bullets at the scene, inscribed with the words "Delay," "Deny," and "Depose." These inscriptions seem to hint at a vendetta, possibly connected to the perceived grievances against the healthcare industry. Was this an orchestrated act of vengeance or was it a simulation? Could Mangione’s actions have been inspired (even if indirectly) by The Amateur trailer?

Surprisingly, the movie character and the suspect also look alike, sharing similar facial features and skin tone. This uncanny similarity is likely to fuel further speculation and comparisons in the days ahead.

Was Vin Diesel in Body Rock form 1984?

Was Vin Diesel in Body Rock form 1984?
I was dinning in front of the TV, and they were playing this cool 80’s movie, about break dance. The styles and clothes took my attention so I watched it for a little bit. Suddenly I saw a break dancer that was on camera for a second, which make me question, wasn’t that Vin Diesel? Surely I had in the back of my mind those images from a young Vin Diesel doing break dance on “Breakin' in the USA“ which interestingly is also from 1984. I couldn’t find anything on the internet, and all I found is this blurry screenshot, it comes out at 1h 15min into the movie. What do you think, is it him? #VinDiesel #Vin_Diesel #1984 #breakdance #break_dance

Movie Review: Bad Boys for Life (2020)

Sadly it’s not as great the previous Bad Boys films, it's ok for what it is, an action movie to entertain yourself, in that regard I would give it a score of 3/5. The movie is highly predictable most of the time, like most movies in this “range”, they kind a telegraph what’s going to happen, but it also have some twists. After watching the movie, there is not an iconic scene I can think of, contrary to the previous ones, neither a very funny moment. You can feel it’s a movie that’s more concern in milking the “saga” than making a great successor, but again it’s decent. The stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, fit their characters very well and they do a good job. It might not be the last “Bad Boys” movie (pay attention at the credits for more info), but I kind a hope it is, it’s unnecessary unless they step it up.

Review of a “960P” SQ11 mini camera: DO NOT BUY

Review of a “960P” SQ11 mini camera: DO NOT BUY
Long story short, there was initially an original SQ11 mini camera that was a 1080px camera. These cameras have bad 1080 quality, but they are worth what the cost around 8$. Then a lower tier model came out, the “960P” for around 5$, the bad thing is that it is actually a VGA sensor, meaning they actually are 640x480px, and pretty bad quality also. Moreover this camera saves videos and photos at 960px, interlacing pixels by software, not cleverly, just adding big blocks of pixels, and makes a bad quality 480px video weight 4 times more than it should. The “960P” cameras also lack TV Out even when they have the yellow connector, and sometimes the infrared leds are also fake, although that’s not usually the case. In conclusion I would advice not to buy this “960P” camera at any price point, and go for the 1080P or a better model. #SQ11 #MiniCamera #SpyCamera
