2. Find an activity you enjoy. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, you're less likely to stick with it. Experiment until you find an activity or combination of activities that you look forward to.
3. Make it convenient. Choose a time and place for your workouts that fit your schedule and lifestyle. If you have to travel a long distance or make special arrangements to exercise, you're less likely to follow through.
4. Set a regular schedule. Try to exercise at the same time every day so it becomes a habit. If you can't commit to a daily workout, aim for 3-4 times per week.
5. Be persistent. Don't give up if you miss a day or two. Just pick up where you left off and keep going. Remember, even a little bit of exercise is better than none at all!
